My daughter (and her friends) have been pestering me to let them post content on the blog. Don't worry, I did not give in.
It's not that I don't love my daughter it's just that... Well... She's in second grade and she can't exactly string a few sentences together. So, rather than let them on here to drive away all my loyal readers (that's my job) I set them up with their own blog.
If, for some strange reason, you want to read the very short posts little girls are prone to make you can see their blog over at Yellow Pole: Where the Danger Grrls are.
I am doing the editorial work for them as well as administrative tasks but the content is up to them. Don't say I didn't warn you!
At the moment we are using a generic theme but that will change in the future. They are also discussing letting more of their friends blog on Yellow Pole. Who knows, it may become the next cool and happening website for the pre-teen scene!
As long as they stay on their site and stop spamming my comments!

Soon people won’t remember a time when they didn’t have their own blog. Kind of scary and awesome at the same time if you think about it.
2nd grade, this has to be some type of record. How times change, for the better that is in this case.
This is just too cute!
Can I submit it to Digg? I’m guessing anything with Pokemon in the title will hit the front page.
Very humorous..As the generations come and go, by the time I have kids everyone is going to know how to run their own website/blog. Right now it’s popular, but there’s still quite a bit of people out there lost in the scene..
It seems like the younger kids know more about computers/coding/designing than I do, and I’ve been interested in all of those for some years now. I think it also has to do with the classes offered at school as well.
You gotta say Dang Whippersnappers. lol
