Half-Breeds
The Half-Breeds consist of:
Half-elf
Gnomeling
Skrel
SkrelMaximo
General Information:
Half-elf: These people are a rarity in the empire. They tend to get along easily with elves but are treated suspiciously by humans.
Gnomeling: These creatures are exceptionaly rare. Due to their often anti-social personalities they are often only loved by their mothers.
Skrel: These beings are put on a social rung even lower then elves. They are seen by humans as defective. Only one in 10,000 humans is born a Skrel and most are killed by their parents at birth.
SkrelMaximo: Like the Skrel these beings are very rare. Perhaps 1 in 100,000 humans give birth to a SkrelMaximo.
Physical Description:
Half-elf: Those born between the union of elf and human tend to favor the mother in appearance. Most are born of human mothers as elven women are very loathe to ruin a chance to birth a true elf
Gnomeling: These creatures look like small human children. Most are born to Culahn females as gnomish females are not often allowed to travel without a male escort.
Skrel: These creatures tend to have pig-like features and are larger, stronger and uglier then most humans. Occasionaly one will be able to pass as a full-blooded human but they are even more rare.
SkrelMaximo: Like the Skrel these beings are stronger, larger, uglier and less inteligent then full-blooded humans. Most SkrelMaximo that survive to reach puberty are born on farms or in slave-pits.
Relations:
Religion: Half-Breeds tend to follow the religous path of their parents. Half-elves are an exception in that they are able to become clerics.
Notes:
All half-breeds suffer in the relations department. To the untrained observer they appear as deformed versions of the racial stock they derive from.
