I went through the odyssey they call customer support and was told they had removed the charges. The next bill I was charged $9 to have my long distance changed. Humiliation, wasted time, is still free at AT&T . Also... regards health care... in the UK its "socialised" and there are a lot of problems with it... largely down to meddling bureaucrats but there is no way most British people would entertain trading that in for the system you have in the US.
