If the pricing plan is put in the city should put in street cars to help get everyone who is not near a subway to help them get around too. In London they do pretty everything to prevent you from driving your car (environmental reasons). Once you've paid the 8 pound congestion charge (every time you drive to central london), you have to pay so much money for parking that you just don't drive to central london anymore. It's become so expensive that we sometime take a taxi to the city because it's cheaper. The train system is OK as long as you're not in it during rush hour, on a hot day, in a hurry or don't like sweating like a pig. I'm considering buying a horse...
