And New Iberia, LA probably holds the record for bees in one shelter. When I encountered one, I called for the Orkin Person. On arrival, the portly Orkin lady gave me the horse laugh for being afraid of bees…. Until she entered the shelter, gasped loudly, and then she got the horse laugh!
A 6′ foot alligator in Intracoastal city, LA once was between me and my truck. I threw a lot of components at him to get him to move. That road was two ruts, with gumbo mud on either side. No way to sneak around that fellow.
That was one busy little squirrel. Maybe he had a crew. I hope this was done after wintertime!
