From memory when Molly was trying to track down Sylar in season one, she mentioned that there were two bad men. One REALLY bad man, and Sylar. I presume “Sauron”, is the REALLY bad man.

My wife picked up the season one DVD set for me today. I just finished watching the second episode and when Saresh uses the computer to see the data his father recorded that funky S “Kensai” symbol can be seen in the data stream!!!

Ok, I admit I am visiting this blog regularly because I don’t have to read purely about blogging here. And then I get this Heroes thing. Thanks for keeping me up to date in this part of the world, HMTK - I just went to get this episode. :)

True, I did leave out a few parts. There was just so much packed into that episode!

Death threats: Very interesting. Probably a new character doing the killing.

Taking down the company: They started that storyline in season one so I did not feel it needed to be brought up.

As for Molly, she saw the bad guy in season one and I think she said it was not Sylar.

You mentioned a lot of the things that I noticed in that episode. However, you didn’t mention Hiro’s dad getting a death threat (and eventually being killed). That seemed to be Company-related. But who knows. At first I thought the hooded man was Peter but that obviously couldn’t have been true since he was handcuffed in that container.

Also you didn’t mention how Mr. Bennet and Suresh are trying to take down The Company along with Parkman. Molly’s dreams were strange, but who knows if that’s a new character or an old one who is just scarier.

What do you think about those parts of the episode?

Oh and I really didn’t enjoy the repeating commercials either. I mean they should have at least produced some different commercials if it was for the same product. Oh well, it was different.

I forgot he was wearing the necklace with the symbol on it. The same symbol is on the Kensai’s sword and is somehow connected to the events of the series.

I would think that Peters amnesia would have something to do with the necklace he is now wearing. I can’t be sure but in the preview it looks like Sylar also has a new necklace, could just be chest hair though.

It’s similar to the necklace that the Haitian wore in season one. So it’s conceivable that Peter was knocked unconscious from the blast, fell to earth, and The Company (or perhaps the people going after the original heroes, not sure that’s the company anymore) found him and drugged him up enough for him to be powerless. I dont know, but that necklace was pretty big, and aside from being the symbol we see everywhere, I’m sure it has to be significant.
