Microsoft has software called XNA that can be used to create games for Windows and also for the Xbox 360. From what I understand, that's pretty popular, and I'm glad that Nintendo is jumping on the bandwagon. I grew up with Nintendo, have always been a huge Nintendo fan, and if I were to choose, I'd rather develop for Nintendo any day. Besides, I've always heard that Nintendo (except for the N64) was pretty easy to develop for. I can't wait to check it out! I'm currently enrolled in DeVry, going for a Bachelor's in Game and Simulation Programming, and that would allow me an incredible chance to work on my stuff, get some practice in, etc. etc. The only problem is.....I don't have a Wii.....sigh.....Now there's just that much more reason for me to get one!!
