		<description>we have a college class where we are trying to learn from interest-based forums, which are so lively -- how to get that into class-based forums or company-based forums. The tips given are super for that. Like the danger of rep points. And having a second &quot;user&quot; account. We&#039;re working on the proper role for the owner/instructor of a forum to keep it lose -- but also under control (I know, opposite things).
